In the pictures, we can observe how the Made in Berlin Model Y added more foam compared to the MIC one. They discovered these changes when replacing the headliner.
Love seeing constant changes and improvements in these cars.
Thanks to ride-sharing platform Envoy, this hotel in Miami is offering a Tesla Model Y as a shared car for hotel guests. Cool perk!
I have to say I’m highly disappointed by this change, as I’m certain this is going to negatively affect first-time users that aren’t super informed. I wish they would give folks an option to opt-out from receiving the mobile charger in exchange for store credit, rather than having to purchase it separately. According to Elon on Twitter, the usage statistics were super low, although I personally know a lot of owners who use it as their regular charging method 🤷♂️.
After confirming that the mobile charger won’t come with the cars and possibly afterreading many many complaints on Twitter, Elon announced that Tesla will be dropping the price of the connector to $200 and they will make it easy to order with the car.
A new version of the app now shows options to add your concern when requesting a new service appointment. Hopefully, this would redirect the concern to the right people early on.
Interesting find by this Redditor.
Model 3 and Model Y leases already came without an option to purchase the car at the end of the lease, and now, Tesla has extended this option to the Model S and X. One can assume that Tesla has figured out it is better for them to take the car back and use their used program to increase profits.
About one hour interview where Elon talks about Tesla, Space X, and the future of humanity.
🤓 What the acronym?
As Tesla fan I find myself sometimes having to remember what are all those acronyms, here is a list of the ones you can find in this issue.
- MIB - Made in Berlin
- MIC - Made in China
- MIG - Made in Germany
