With the release of YouTube’s playable games, Tesla’s YouTube app now offers dozens of games! The selection will only grow as YouTube continues to expand its catalog.

Tesla expected to switch to cabin camera detection for seatbelt reminder recall

Tesla plans to switch from seat sensors to the cabin camera for the seatbelt warning system in an upcoming OTA recall. This move will enhance driver monitoring and reduce costs. The update will trigger warnings if the driverโ€™s seatbelt isnโ€™t fastened, leveraging existing camera technology used in other safety features.

Tesla Spring Update adds the ability to view cabin filter health

Tesla’s ‘Spring Update’ now includes a feature to monitor the health of the Cabin Filter via Service Mode, displaying its status as a percentage. This update aids in timely replacements, ensuring cleaner air within the vehicle. Tesla advises replacing the Cabin Air Filter every 2 years and the HEPA filter every 3 years.

2024.20 Update with Adaptive Headlights in the US

The 2024.20 Tesla software update introduces adaptive headlights that curve with the road for improved visibility in the US, CA, MX, PR, and KR. The update also includes Beach Buggy Racing at Superchargers and enhances AC cooling for all models, with quieter AC in the Cybertruck.

Autopark torture test in Taiwan (2024.14.8)

In a ’torture test’ of the Autopark feature in Taiwan, a Tesla car was intentionally placed near a pillar to challenge the system. The test resulted in the car successfully completing the parking task in 1 minute and 27 seconds, showcasing the feature’s efficiency and reliability.

Tesla delays rollout of FSD v12.4

Tesla’s much-anticipated FSD v12.4 has been delayed, with beta tester videos facing scrutiny and going private. Meanwhile, Elon Musk announced new FSD drive modes: Chill, Standard, and Hurry, replacing the current Assertive mode, aiming to better match driver preferences and road conditions.
