“Since introducing Software Version 9.0, Tesla owners with Enhanced Autopilot have driven tens of millions of miles to support the validation of Navigate on Autopilot, allowing us to collect performance and safety data at scale, based on real-world driving.
While initially the feature will require drivers to confirm lane changes using the turn stalk before the car moves into an adjacent lane, future versions of Navigate on Autopilot will allow customers to waive the confirmation requirement if they choose to.”

Tesla has opened their parts catalog which puts them at the same level than other major vehicle manufacturers. OP allhands says “I do wish they provided pricing outright and made ordering easier on the Tesla site. Other car manufacturers have made online ordering really easy in their parts catalogs.” But still, this is a big step for a better customer experience. Way to go Tesla!

Here’s what’s new in the latest software update for Model S:
It seems that some Tesla owners who have purchased the FSD package after its price has been raised to $5,000 (previously $4,000) have been returned the difference without having requested it. We don’t know if this is something that is happening to everyone or if Tesla will continue doing it, but it’s nice that they are grandfathering the original price to at least some existing customers.

Improved Summon / Autopark coming up soon. And “next year” (in Elon’s time ehem), Teslas will be able to find empty slots on a parking lot and park.
