I was never into cars. A friend told me to book a test drive with a Tesla. I test drove a Model S P100D. As someone who never loved cars and always thought purchasing a brand new car was a 'waste of money', after my Tesla test drive, I went home and instantly put my deposit down.
Favorite thing about my car
OTA Updates. This should become a standard across all cars. Since I've purchased my car I have received more range, better performance, games and all sorts of other goodies. OTA Updates allows the car to continuously improve.
Least favorite thing about my car
Black Piano Gloss center console. This was an oversight on Tesla's part. Thankfully a simple wrap fixes this problem.
I wish my Tesla had...
The programmer in me is waiting for a full API hat allows us to submit our own apps and games to a 'Tesla App Store'. I really want to be able to build tools to enhance everyday experiences that integrate with the car.

Why Tesla?
For me, Technology. It is the most advanced car available today. OTA Updates, Autopilot, Smart Summon, etc. It is amazing. The car is also great for those interested in performance, want a family car (safety), environmentalists, technologists, etc. It appeals to a large range of people.
