What are Tesla’s live chat hours?
Tesla’s online chat is open during business hours:
- Monday to Friday 6AM-7PM PST
- Saturday and Sunday 7AM-6PM PST
How to access Tesla’s online chat?
Step 1: It doesn’t seem to work on mobile, so grab your laptop.
Step 2: Visit any of Tesla’s product pages, e.g. the Model Y one.
A quick piece of advice: Don’t go to Tesla’s support page, it’s not there. If you do a quick search on Google, you’ll get redirected there. But there’s nothing there. Stay with us.
Step 3: Scroll down until the chat icon appears on the bottom right corner of the page.
