Texas wants to charge Tesla & other EV owners ~$400 in annual fees for owning and EV

Wait, what? The claim was that EV owners need to pay their fair share and make up for fuel taxes that they don’t pay. 🙄This makes no sense to me, in addition to help make the world a more sustainable place, Tesla is “only’ bringing 10,000 jobs to the state of Texas 😡
